Our journey for creating an exceptional healthy and quality sleep culture started in the year 1993 at a 250 sqm area with a 100% local investment.

Our enthusiasm has always accompanied us in this journey in everything we designed and manufactured. Today we are proud to sell our products to 55 countries worldwide as well as local major brands and companies that lead fashion and home industries in Turkey.

Our manufacturing facility is located on a 52.000 sqm area in Akyazı, Sakarya/ Turkey which is Europe’s most advanced manufacturing plant completely owned by Maya Textile.

Pillow and Quilt Manufacturing Expertise

Our facility produces high-quality pillows and quilts with advanced technologies and an extensive range of fabrics and filling materials.

Annual capacities include 2,500,000 pillows and 3,600,000 quilts, tailored to meet the needs of various brands.

Products are prepared with requested materials and delivered in ready-to-use packaging.

Our plant located in Akyazı, Turkey has a world-class manufacturing capacity and an extensive equipment pool with the latest technologies.

Manufacturing capability meets the demand in national and international sleep products markets; pillows, duvets, toppers and protectors as well as cushions for the furniture industry and filling down & feather coats for the textile industry.

Our plant is capable of perfectly processing all kinds of natural and technological filling materials in combination.

All kinds of fabrics and filling materials can be combined with various stitching methods as required.

All processes including the purchase of high-quality raw materials, delivery of products and customer satisfaction surveys are carefully managed.

The expertise and experience of Maya Textile in down feathers provide the perfect combination of high-quality, comfort, and long-lasting product performance.

As the proud producer of Turkey’s first down feather pillows and duvets, Maya Tekstil is the only Turkish company to hold a leading position in the international platform of down feather supply and processing. It is also the sole Turkish member and board member of EDFA (European Down and Feather Association).

The processes of sourcing, processing, and transforming down feathers into final products are conducted according to European Union standards and the legal and industrial criteria established by EDFA. These criteria ensure the ethical and sustainable use of high-quality materials.

Specially Licensed and Certified Filling Materials

With our expertise, we combine specially licensed materials and natural fillings with high-tech options to create exclusive pillow and duvet collections tailored to your brand.

We provide fully customized sleep product solutions designed to meet the specific needs of your organization.

Our plant specializes in producing high-quality pillows and quilts using advanced technology and a wide range of fabrics and filling materials. The facility’s annual production capacity includes 2,500,000 pillows and 3,600,000 quilts.

Pillows of any size are manufactured for various brands using the requested fabric and filling materials. Collections are created for our own brands and private label customers (contract manufacturing), and products are delivered ready for end users with packaging. We offer almost unlimited fabric options, including down-proof, fiber-proof, washable at 95°C, micro-plush, peach effect, organic, Aloe Vera, and Outlast® PCM capsule.

High-quality quilts are produced using carefully selected imported and local fabrics and filling materials to ensure comfort and healthy sleep. Quilts are made to meet the required specifications, with production capacity able to handle large volumes efficiently in a single shift. Our facility supports the creation of quilts in any size for all brands with the requested fabric and filling materials.
