With fully automatic filling machines designed with customized details for pillow manufacturing, our plant’s annual manufacturing capacity is 2,500,000 pillows

Manufactures pillows of any size for all brands with the requested fabric and filling material, creates collections for its own brands and private label customers (contract-manufacturing) and offers them ready for end users in packaging

We offer almost unlimited fabric option for all needs and expectations including down proof, fiber proof, washable at 95°C, micro-plush, peach effect, organic, Aloe Vera, and Outlast® PCM capsule

Raw down & feather is imported from breeding farms and carefully processed, cleaned and separated in our plant with high-quality processing technology.

Licensed Trademarks

The NOMITE mark on our products confirms that pillows, quilts and sleep pads filled with goose feather prevent dust.

NOMITE is a registered trademark of EDFA (European Down and Feather Association) which registers home textile products with European standards and confirms the hygienic qualities of products. Manufacturers certified by NOMITE are deemed in line with the German Norm Institute’s standards through PAS 1008. Products with NOMITE mark are registered as more suitable for individuals allergic to feather or similar materials. NOMITE mark on products filled with feather confirms that the product is ideal for people allergic to home dust. Products with NOMITE mark are confirmed to have been manufactured with European standards.

Tencel fiber is a regenerated cellulose fiber extracted from eucalyptus trees. Its natural form makes it soft, almost with a silky touch. The fiber humidity rate is 13 percent in Tencel, while it is 1 percent in polyester. Natural humidity rate makes Tencel a fiber without electrostatic charge or voltage. This ensures a comfortable sleep and a full rest. The muscle system relaxes and regenerates. Tencel is natural and breathable. It transfers humidity well and does not make you uncomfortable when you sweat. It maintains its brightness and color after being washed many times. It has a high color sensitivity. Tencel prevents bacteria. It is a natural protection against bacteria. Cellulose fiber used to make Tencel ensures perfect humidity management and decreases the bacteria formation rate. It helps prevent bacteria formation without any chemical additives.

Outlast® is a temperature control technology used by NASA in space suits of astronauts. Outlast®-certified products consist of millions of capsules filled with a wax which absorb or give out the heat under the active surface. Pillows and quilts manufactured using the Outlast® technology balance heat fluctuations. Maya Textile is licensed for manufacturing pillows and quilts with Outlast® in Turkey.
